The AirClean AC4000E is a freestanding, ductless walk-in fume hood. The AirClean AC4000E features polypropylene construction for chemical resistance that will not rust over time as well as an integral vapor-proof fluorescent lighting system.

Other safety features include a brushless, sparkless blower is post-filter and electronic gas detection for real-time gas phase filter monitoring, as well as filters and electronics located above the workspace, eliminating the chance of a chemical spill entering these sensitive areas.
No installation or ductwork is required for the AirClean AC4000E and the unit plugs directly into a standard 110V electrical outlet. A wide range of bonded activated carbon and HEPA filters are available for containment of virtually any toxic vapor, fume, gas, or particulate.
Testing
Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians inspect all fume hoods to make sure that the baffles are present and intact, the interior lights are functioning, and that the sash is intact and runs smoothly on the tracks along with the counterweights.
We can also provide information on the fixtures installed on each hood. Please note that we do not provide blower motors with fume hood sales. For more information on blower motor selection please feel free to call or email us; we recommend speaking with an HVAC specialist regarding your particular motor needs.
