The Beckman Coulter JLA-10.500 Fixed Angle Rotor can be used to provide enough centrifugal force to efficiently pellet cells from large volumes of culture media, cell particles from tissue homogenates, or subcellular organelles.

The JLA-10.500 rotor assembly consists of a rotor body and windshield, rotor lid and rotor knob and six removable canisters. With a capacity of 6 x 500mL, the Beckman JLA 10.500 is a large volume rotor that is ideal for initial processing of bacteria or other cells.
