The Labconco Purifier Horizontal Clean Bench 3873000 is the ISO Class 5 work station of choice to protect materials that do not generate harmful aerosols or vapors, yet require a particulate-free environment. Suitable applications for the bench include plant tissue culture research, media preparation, electronic part inspection, syringe filling, medical device assembly and nonhazardous parenteral drug formulation.

Replaceable prefilters trap large particles, extend HEPA filter life. Particle-free ISO Class 5 air. Particle counts in the work area conform to ISO 14644-1 and 2, providing ISO Class 5 conditions. This ensures fewer than 3520 particles 0.5 µm or larger per cubic meter of air. Differential pressure gauge displays pressure across the HEPA filter.
Two convenient utility ports with iris openings allow passage of tubing and electrical cords from equipment inside the enclosure through the back for connection to services. Plugs are provided to seal the ports when not in use.

Testing
Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test each clean bench to ensure that the controls and blower motor work properly, as well as ensuring that the HEPA filter is suitable for use in lab conditions. Our testing procedure includes all the elements of a clean bench certification.
