Xpert Weigh Box – Features

Its interior features a durable one-piece molded medium-density polyethylene liner, ensuring reliable containment. The chamber is secured with a ¼-inch thick safety glass viewing window for added protection and clear visibility during use.

This weigh box includes a transfer chamber with an 11-inch inner diameter and a 12-inch length. The chamber’s upward pivoting door allows easy access while maintaining a leak-tight seal. Equipped with inlet and outlet HEPA filters, it achieves 99.99% efficiency on 0.3µm particulates, creating a reliable physical barrier to protect operators.

Additionally, an antistatic ionizer fan circulates ionized air inside the box, reducing static charge for precise and safe handling of materials.

Testing

Labconco Xpert Weigh Box is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all gloveboxes to confirm that they operate properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. They visually inspect for damage such as cracks, leaks, or worn-out seals. Afterward, conduct a pressure decay test by inflating the glovebox and monitoring if the pressure holds steady.
