The VWR Analog Heat Block is a multi-purpose unit with adjustable high and low thermostats that provide reproducible and accurate temperature control with a stability of ±1°C. Temperature range is ambient + 5°C to 150°C. It is ideal for incubation and activation of cultures, enzyme reactions, blood urea nitrogen determination, immunoassays, melting/boiling points, and a variety of other laboratory procedures. Features include exceptional temperature uniformity and accuracy, the ability to hold interchangeable, modular heating blocks, heats to 150°C, and it has front-mounted analog controls.
Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests, please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we’re unable to feature photos of every single unit.
